András Biró

BTS & EPK Cinematographer

I am a Budapest-based BTS and EPK cinematographer with more than ten years on international film and television productions, including Cliffhanger, The Pendragon Cycle, Mars and Strike Back. I capture the story behind the story — discreetly, independently, and without ever slowing down the main unit.

About

My work is about capturing the creative process behind a production: authentic behind-the-scenes moments, cast and crew interviews, on-set coverage and complete electronic press kit packages.

BTS and EPK filmmaking is more than a record of what happened on set. The goal is material that carries the atmosphere, scale and identity of each production — footage that serves its publicity and marketing from day one.

I am used to working discreetly and independently in fast-paced shooting environments, side by side with directors, producers, publicity teams and international crews. Anticipating the key moment — and getting it without interrupting principal photography — is the core of the job.

Deliverables range from EPK packages and promotional films to broadcast features, social campaigns, press materials and long-form behind-the-scenes documentaries.
